The quotation sets out the reference, quantity, technical specification and validity period, and is signed electronically. Production starts once the proof is approved and the payment terms agreed on the quotation are met.
Digital proof before production
Nothing is printed until you approve a digital proof in writing. Artwork, bleed, variable data fields and NFC encoding parameters are all locked at that point, which is where most card projects are saved or lost.
Card and UK bank transfer
Pay by credit or debit card through a secure payment link, or by bank transfer to our UK account using an ordinary domestic payment. No international transfer fees, no correspondent bank charges.
Customer area and reorders

Who invoices me, and is the invoice a British one?

Documents are drawn up in pounds sterling under UK VAT rules and carry our UK VAT registration number GB357610493, so your finance team treats the purchase like any other domestic supplier invoice.
Will I have customs paperwork or import duty to pay?
No. You are buying from a UK-registered company on a UK invoice, so there is no customs declaration for you to file and no import duty or brokerage fee arriving after the delivery. This is the practical difference between ordering from us and ordering from a printer based in the European Union.

What is the minimum order?
One hundred cards. That minimum applies to every family on this page, from plain printed PVC cards to encoded NFC cards and photo ID badges, and it covers a single artwork with its full personalised data set.
Can you encode NFC cards that work with the readers we already have?
Yes, provided you give us the written encoding specification: chip family, sector or memory layout, key handling and the number format your system expects, together with the data file. We encode from that specification, we never work it out from a sample card. If you are unsure, your access control or till supplier can supply the specification in writing.
How do you handle our personal data under UK GDPR?
The personalisation file you send, whether names, photographs, membership numbers or student records, is used only to produce your cards. It is processed on documented instructions, kept for the time needed to complete and check the run, then deleted. A written data processing agreement can be put in place before you send anything.
Do you deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom?
Yes, to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, by tracked parcel to the address written on your quotation, whether that is a head office, a store, a school, a gym or an event venue. The tracking number is sent to you when the parcel leaves, and multi-site deliveries can be quoted as separate drops.
Do I see a proof before production, and which files do you accept?
Nothing is printed until you approve a digital proof in writing. We work from print-ready PDF, or from Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop files with fonts and links supplied; vector logos are preferred and images should be high resolution. Variable data comes as a spreadsheet or CSV file, and photographs as individual image files named after the record they belong to.
