Standard production runs 4 to 6 working days for paper cards in standard configuration, 6 to 10 working days for paper cards with premium finishes (foil, embossing, edge painting, scratch-off), 6 to 10 working days for PVC cards, 6 to 10 working days for custom packaging — all from proof approval. Express lead times of 2 to 4 working days are available on standard configurations of most card products. Tracked dispatch across Europe and the UK; international shipping arranged on a project basis. For event deadlines or seasonal campaigns, mention your target date in the quote request and we confirm feasibility upfront.

Print-ready PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS files at 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed are the standard formats. PSD (Photoshop) is accepted for image-heavy designs. For variable data projects, CSV or Excel files with one row per card cover the data side. If your artwork is not yet print-ready, our in-house designers create the design from a brief — quoted alongside the print order.

Yes. Pantone spot colour matching is available on top of standard CMYK printing for brands with strict visual guidelines. It is particularly relevant when a corporate colour must be reproduced exactly across every production run and standard CMYK conversion is not precise enough. Mention your Pantone references in the quote request and we confirm feasibility on the chosen stock before production.

Yes. NDAs are signed routinely for projects involving unreleased brand identities, secure access deployments, sensitive member databases or pre-launch product campaigns. Send us your NDA template before the quote stage if it must be signed before any project details are shared.

Variable data files (member databases, photo files, encoded UIDs) are processed under a GDPR-compliant workflow — used exclusively for card production, transferred over secure channels, deleted at project end on request. A data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed with your organisation alongside the production order if your compliance framework requires it.
