Standard production runs 4–6 days for paper standard (6–10 with premium finishes), 6–10 days for PVC, 6–10 days for packaging. Tracked dispatch across Europe and the UK; international on request.

How long does it take to receive a quote?
Within 24 working hours from submission. A production specialist reviews your brief, checks feasibility against your specs and returns a tailored quotation by email. For complex projects (multi-product bundles, secure smart card programmes, custom packaging tooling), the response may take a second day — we will tell you upfront if that's the case.
What information should i include in my quote request?
The more detail, the more precise the quote. Useful to include: the product type, quantity (or a range), the format and any finish ambition (hot foil stamping, spot UV varnish, embossing on paper, edge painting on triplex), the deadline if there is one, packaging needs, and whether your artwork is ready or you need our design service. Free text — no specific format required.
Can i request a quote without final artwork?
Yes. Many projects start without print-ready artwork and our in-house designers create the design from a brief — quoted alongside the print order. Simply mention the design need in your request and we propose a route (template adaptation or full custom design) in the quotation.
Can i request a quote for several products at once?
Yes — and we recommend it. Many projects combine PVC cards with matching paper packaging, badge holders with printed badges, or loyalty cards with welcome envelopes. Mention all products in your request and we return a single coordinated quotation, with synergies (shared print run, single dispatch) factored in where applicable.
Is the quote binding? Do i have to commit?
No. Receiving a quote does not commit you to anything. We do not charge for quoting, we do not pressure-call after the quote is sent, and you can cancel or modify the project at any time before signing off the digital proof. Production only starts after your explicit written approval.
Do you keep my information confidential?
Yes. Quote requests are processed under a GDPR-compliant workflow. Your information is used exclusively to prepare and return the quotation, transferred over secure channels, and not shared with third parties. For projects involving sensitive data (member databases, secure access deployments), a data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed on request.
Do you offer rush production or express delivery?
Yes. Express lead times of 2 to 4 working days are available on standard configurations of most products (PVC, paper, smart cards). Packaging projects with custom die-cutting and finish layers stay on standard timelines. Mention your deadline in the quote request and we confirm feasibility upfront, before pricing is finalised.
What happens after i accept the quote?
The next step is the digital proof — a visualisation of your artwork on the chosen stock with finish zones identified, included free of charge. Once you sign off the proof in writing, production starts on the agreed lead time. Tracked dispatch confirms delivery across Europe and the UK; international shipping is arranged on request.
