Digital + printed

One card, two lives

The heart of the product is your digital card: the page or profile your customers open with a tap. The printed card is the medium that puts it in their hands.

The digital card

Your online page or profile: reviews, social media, buttons, statistics. Active for 2 years, included in the price, editable at any time.

The printed card, if you want one

The medium that opens your digital card: PVC or paper, NFC chip or QR code, 100% customised. Free proof, then we print it and deliver it to you.

Keeping your cards longer? Upgrade to 3 years (+$22 + VAT) when you order, paid once.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions about the Google review card

How does an NFC Google review card work?

The card contains an NFC chip and a QR code that lead to your page. The customer holds their phone near the card, or scans the code, and lands directly on your page: one tap to leave a Google review, follow you or get in touch.

Is there a subscription or a commitment?

No: no subscription, no commitment. You pay once for the duration you choose, no bank card is stored and nothing renews on its own. At the end, you extend only if you wish.

Google review card or Google review stand: which should I choose?

A Google review stand stays in place on the counter or the table: that is the job of our table tent, with your QR code in your colours. The card is handed over with the bill, slipped into a bag or offered at the counter. Both open the same page and can be ordered together on this page.

Which phones can read the card?

iPhones from the iPhone 7 (iOS 14) and Android phones with NFC read the chip without an app. The QR code opens with the camera, on every phone.

Can I change the link after printing?

Yes. The card leads to a Lumacards address whose destination you choose from your dashboard: new review link, new page, new offer. You reprint nothing.

Does it comply with Google's rules?

Yes. The page invites all your customers to leave a review, with no filtering and no incentive: your review links are always displayed. Our getting-started guide gives you the right habits for asking for a review in person.

What is the difference between an NFC card and a QR code card?

The NFC card opens when a phone is held near it and also carries a QR code on the back. The QR code card has no chip: it is read with the camera only, and its price is lower.

What file do I need to supply?

Your logo or your artwork, as a PDF, PNG or SVG. We prepare the card and send you a free proof by e-mail; printing only starts once you have approved it.

What happens at the end of the period I chose?

Your cards open your page for 2 years, included in the price. After that, you extend whenever you like, paid once: $35 + VAT for 1 year, $59 + VAT for 2 years, $79 + VAT for 3 years. Nothing renews on its own and no payment card is stored; your data is kept for twelve months.

Can I equip several sites?

Yes: each site has its own page, and you manage them all from the same dashboard. You can also give access to five colleagues, each with their own e-mail address.

Google review card, stand and QR code: what you need to know

Google review card, Google review stand and QR code

More Google reviews, and the numbers to prove it

The Google review card does the job of the Google review stand on the counter, and goes further: an NFC card or a QR code that opens your business's review form in one tap. With Link Cards, the same card leads to a page that brings together your Google and Tripadvisor reviews, your social media and your booking or contact buttons. You ask for a review at the right moment, from every customer, and you turn a visit into a follower.

The Google review QR code printed on your cards stays valid even if you change your link: the destination is edited from your dashboard, without reprinting. The review page is ordered on its own, for 1, 2 or 3 years, or with your printed cards, with 2 years of digital card included; you follow the reads of each card. To equip your team with business cards, also discover the Team Cards NFC business card and the dynamic QR code for your printed materials.
