Personal data protected

Do you deliver to Germany?
Yes. We deliver throughout Germany, from Berlin and Hamburg to Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Stuttgart and every Land, by tracked parcel to the address stated on your quotation: head office, plant, branch, club or venue. The tracking number is sent to you when the order is dispatched.
Is the invoice VAT-free for a German business?
Yes. Between businesses in the European Union, the invoice is issued without VAT under the intra-EU reverse charge as soon as you give us your valid German VAT number (USt-IdNr.). Your business then accounts for the VAT in Germany. Without a VAT number, the invoice is issued with VAT. All invoices are in euro.
Is there a German version of the website?
No. Our website and our service are in English, from quotation to invoice, with a single contact. The cards themselves are printed in the language of your choice: German, English or both on the same card, with umlauts and ß reproduced exactly from your data file.
How do I get a quote?

Will NFC or RFID cards work with our access control or time recording system?
Yes, provided we receive the specification your system expects: chip family, frequency, memory layout and keys. Your system provider can supply it in writing. Encoding is carried out to the specification and the data file you provide; we do not read or copy a card you already hold.
Can I order from the customer area?
Yes. A customer area is opened with your first order: it holds your quotes, purchase orders, proofs and invoices, and lets you request reorders in a few clicks. Access is by a login link sent by email, with no password. Several contacts from your company can be attached to it.
