Variable data
Different on every card, always in black
Barcode, QR code, number, and for student ID cards the photo and name: this data changes from one card to the next. We print it in black, on a light area of the design, from your Excel file.
Areas to be filled in by hand (amount, name, signature) are always on a light background. On paper, you write on them directly. On PVC, this is rare: as an option, they are printed on a signature panel, like the signature strip on a bank card; otherwise we replace them with your text. Stamp cards, for their part, are printed on card.
Materials
PVC or paper?
- 0.76 mm PVC : credit card size, memorable and long-lasting. PVC business cards

Can we order cards for a whole team?
Yes. Send us the list of names, job titles and contact details: we prepare one version per person from the same template, and you approve a proof.
PVC or paper for a business card?
PVC, in credit card size, is memorable and long-lasting; paper is more economical. Both can be ordered from 50 cards.
What is the QR code for?
It opens your contact card, your website or your booking page. It can be different for each member of the team.
Do the templates cost extra?
The template is not charged separately: adapting it to your logo and text is priced together with the printing, in your quote.
Can the colours, font or layout be changed?
Yes. We use your brand’s colours and typography. If you would like an entirely new design, say so in your request: we will quote for a bespoke design.
Can the templates be downloaded?
The templates are not available for download: we adapt them for you and send you a proof. If you already have your file, simply attach it to your request.
What is the minimum quantity?
From 50 cards, on PVC and paper alike.
Why is the QR code or barcode in black?
This is variable data, different on every card: it is printed in black, on a light area, so that it stays sharp and readable by scanners. A visible number can be added on request.
What is the lead time?
6 to 10 working days of production after proof approval, then delivery. For a specific date, state it in your request.
